Coldwell Banker Walden and Kirkland Inc., Realtors is not only the oldest real estate firm in the Albany area, but we are also the most progressive and innovative. We have been serving Albany and the surrounding areas since 1947. My Grandfather, Spencer Walden was one of the founders of Walden and Kirkland. Presently I work with my father, Larry Walden, in running a home town business built on honesty and integrity. We have approximately 20 full time agents working in our office to keep up with all the ins and outs of the local real estate market. In 2010 we affiliated with Coldwell Banker. This allowed us to become a part of a National network and bring the latest tools to better serve our Buyers and Sellers. We are all committed to the business of real estate. I have been active real estate agent for 25 years. I plan on continuing in my father and grandfathers footsteps in maintaining a reputable business and representing Buyers and Sellers in Southwest Georgia.

I graduated from Deerfield Windsor School in 1993 and went on the further my education at the University of Georgia. I immediately moved back to Albany and joined my family at Walden and Kirkland. I am married to Woody Watson who is a real estate agent with me and specializes in Commercial and Farms. We have 2 children. One attends Georgia Southern University and one attends the University of Mississippi. I am a member of First Methodist Church Downtown. I am on the board of Easterseals of Southern Georgia where I was president of the board 2012-2013. I am a sustainer of the Junior League of Albany and I am a current member of the Charity League of Albany. I serve my volunteer hours at Phoebe Putney in Surgical Family Waiting. I was on the Albany Board of Realtors Board where I served as President in 2015.

In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, quail hunting, and especially riding horses. I owned and operated Quail Crossing Stables in Leesburg Georgia for 25 years. My love of horses definitely helps me find the perfect horse property for my buyers and gives me a wonderful platform to help sell my customers equestrian properties.
